MUSO'S GALLERY

This page contains a selection of music tracks which I have composed and recorded.

There is no over all theme or style to the tracks, as I have eclectic tastes in music and just tend to follow an idea to see where it will lead me. I also compose sometimes on guitar, and sometimes on the keyboard, which again can produce very different results.

Gaudi's Ghost

Tracks 1 - 6 on the media player are all acoustic guitar instrumentals.

Zephyr Dreams

Track 7 on the player. I was messing around on the keyboard one day trying to play Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield. I never did find exactly the right notes but out of this attempt there gradually evolved this piece of music which is based round the ticking of my grandfather's watch. The lead guitar solo is by Dave from Lex Elbow.

Space Storm

Track 8 on the player. Sounds like a theme tune for a Sci Fi movie possibly.

Clarence STREET MEMORIES

Track 9 on the player. As a bit of fun, I created a virtual jazz band to play this traditional jazz sounding number that I made up. Love to hear it played by a real band such as the one I played for as a student (pictured right).
